1. Description of White Kidney Bean Extract Powder

White Kidney Bean Extract is the dried seeds extract of Phaseolus vulgaris Linn. It is free flowing powder with characteristic odor and taste. Widely used in pharmaceutical, health care products, dietary supplements, food additives, functional drinks fields. 


The white kidney bean is an annual, twined or nearly erect herb in the legumaceae family. Stem pubescent or glabrous when old. Compound leaves pinnate, racemes shorter than leaves, with several flowers at top of inflorescence, corolla is white or yellow color, or violets, red color. Seeds are oblong or reniform, color as white, brown, blue, or mottled, umbilical usually white. Bloom in spring and summer. White Kidney bean is native to America and cultivated in China. Has been widely planted in tropical to temperate regions. Beans like warmth and do not tolerate frost. As one of the most widely cultivated crops of the genus Phaseolus, there are more than 500 varieties of tender pods for vegetables, so there are great variations in plant morphology, flower color and size, pod and seed shape and color, and different flavor.White kidney beans are widely used and nutrient-rich.
